The Power Transformer is built for high-capacity transmission and interconnection substations, delivering rated power from 6300 kVA up to 100000 kVA at voltage classes of 35kV, 66kV, 110kV, 132kV, and 220kV. Designed for continuous maximum loading with high efficiency and proven short-circuit withstand strength, it forms the backbone of bulk power transfer.
The design incorporates a stepped-lap multi-grain core, transposed copper conductors, on-load tap changers (OLTC) with proven mechanical endurance, advanced cooling (ONAN/ONAF/KNAN), and a complete monitoring suite (Buchholz, oil/winding temperature, OLTC monitoring, online dissolved gas analysis option). Sealed construction preserves oil quality and extends maintenance intervals.
Each unit passes full type and routine tests per IEC 60076, with optional short-circuit withstand, temperature rise, and sound power tests witness-verified by third parties and utility engineers.
